Writers in Camden is a long-running reading series on the Rutgers-Camden campus, inviting acclaimed novelists, poets, and nonfiction writers to share their work with students and the public.

In Fall 2020, we’ve moved these beloved events online; our audiences can now enjoy intimate readings from celebrated authors from their homes. Our lineup this year includes T Kira Madden, Willie Perdomo, Ishion Hutchinson, Kristen Radtke, and Reginald Dwayne Betts. Attendance remains free for the Rutgers community and the general public.

Writers in Camden is supported in part by a generous grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Visit our events calendar to see the current list of readings and to register.
