A gift to the Writers House supports an annual calendar of public and community programming that celebrates the writing arts across genres and disciplines. These programs include our NEA-supported Writers in Camden reading series; Cooper Street Workshops, our community writing classes; and signature public programs that invite our community into conversations about such topics as literature of war, science communication, the intersections between writing and activism, and more. Support for the Writers House is also support for robust creative place-making in the heart of southern New Jersey.
